Provide expert hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needsPerform specialized treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application to enhance client satisfactionMaintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas according to industry regulationsUse salon management software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficientlyEngage with clients through effective communication to understand their desired outcomes and offer professional recommendationsUpsell retail products related to hair care, styling tools, and beauty treatments to maximize client value and salon revenueMentor junior team members by sharing techniques, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative environmentSkills
