Position: Full-Time Salon Manager
Location: Midtown, Miami (In-Person)
The Ideal Candidate
Fluent in English (Spanish/Russian preferred)
Sales-oriented with proven ability to meet goals
Hyper-responsible and dependable
A team player who can inspire and lead others
Passionate about the beauty industry and eager to grow with the brand
Experience in sales and knowledge of complex hair services is a plus and can directly increase pay
Key Responsibilities
Manage and streamline the booking process to ensure smooth client flow
Assign clients to stylists based on skill, availability, and preferences
Provide phone consultations to new clients and schedule in-person consultations
Maintain inventory and ensure salon cleanliness and presentation
Prepare payroll paperwork and keep accurate records
Handle client concerns with professionalism to ensure exceptional experiences
Compensation
$200–$350 per day, based on performance
