High-end Salon seeking Driven Administrator

We are a rapidly growing luxury salon brand opening a new location and looking for a Salon Manager to lead and grow this branch. Position: Full-Time Salon Manager Location: Midtown, Miami (In-Person) Fluent in English (Spanish/Russian preferred) Sales-oriented with proven ability to meet goals Hyper-responsible and dependable A team player who can inspire and lead others Passionate about the beauty industry and eager to grow with the brand Experience in sales and knowledge of complex hair services is a plus and can directly increase pay Manage and streamline the booking process to ensure smooth client flow Assign clients to stylists based on skill, availability, and preferences Provide phone consultations to new clients and schedule in-person consultations Maintain inventory and ensure salon cleanliness and presentation Prepare payroll paperwork and keep accurate records Handle client concerns with professionalism to ensure exceptional experiences Day Shift (10 am-7 pm) Part-Time Position
