Has a passion for holistic beauty and wellness Enjoys providing scalp massages, spa rituals, and quiet, nurturing services Values professionalism, integrity, and client confidentiality Desires to grow with a supportive, collaborative team Is open to learning new techniques and continuing education (head spa training provided) Has a warm, grounded, and calming presence Active Michigan cosmetology license (required) Experience with scalp care, facials, or spa services is a plus (not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working with all ages, genders, and hair/scalp types Commission-based pay + tips Required availability Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Ongoing training and mentorship A calm, clean, and beautifully designed work environment Opportunities to participate in spa parties and special events
