How It Works for Providers

Apply: Submit your provider application and consent to a background check. Our approval process ensures a trusted, professional platform.Get Approved: Once approved as a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll complete onboarding and create your provider profile to showcase your services.Choose Your Schedule: Work when it works for you. Set your availability and prices and accept only the appointments you want—full-time or part-time.Get Booked: Clients book you directly through Salon Done. You’ll receive all appointment details in advance, including services and location.Deliver the Experience: Arrive at the client’s home and provide high-quality, luxury beauty services in a comfortable, personalized setting.Get Paid & Grow: Earn extra income or build your business while growing your book. No salon overhead—just more control over your career.Duties

Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Provide consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments and color options based on color theory principles
Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
Educate clients on proper nail maintenance and aftercare routines to promote healthy nails and long-lasting results
Stay updated on current trends in nail art, color combinations, and new techniques to continuously elevate service quality

Experience

Valid Manicurist or Cosmetology License
Must be willing and comfortable traveling to clients’ homes
Punctual, reliable, and professional
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Knowledge of Salon scheduling software
Proven experience as a manicurist or nail technician in a professional salon setting with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work
Knowledge of cosmetology standards including sanitation practices and state licensing requirements
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
