Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for Hairstylists, Barbers, and Nail Technicians, based in Alabaster, AL. Team members will provide high-quality hair styling, barbering, and nail services, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their beauty needs, delivering professional and artistic hair and nail care services, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and building long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and trust.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Hair Styling, Cosmetology, and Hair Care techniquesStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide an exceptional client experienceActive cosmetology or barbering license (as applicable) for the state of AlabamaAbility to work collaboratively in a team-focused environmentAttention to detail and a passion for beauty trendsFlexibility to work weekends and accommodate client needsExperience with nail care services or additional certifications is a plus
