Role Description The Hairstylist at Salon Jolie will provide a full range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments, while maintaining high standards of client care. The role involves managing appointment schedules, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and following salon protocols and safety guidelines. This is a contract role that requires consistent on-site presence at our salon location in Seattle, WA, including collaboration with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. The Hairstylist will also stay informed about current trends, products, and techniques to offer fresh, up-to-date services. Candidates should possess strong Hair Styling skills, including cutting, coloring, and finishing techniques. Candidates should possess foundational Cosmetology knowledge and relevant training or licensure as required by Washington State. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive client experience. Additional beneficial qualifications include prior salon experience, ability to work flexible hours, reliability in maintaining appointments, and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards. Experience working with diverse hair types and textures, and a willingness to participate in ongoing education and training, is strongly preferred.
