Tareon & Co Hair Studio is a boutique salon specializing in healthy hair, scalp care, clean organic hair color, and luxury client experiences. Located inside one of Tampa’s most well-known senior living communities, our salon serves both residents and outside guests in a calm, elevated environment where relationships are just as important as great hair.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, compassionate, and enjoys working with an older adult population while supporting the day-to-day operations of the salon.

Responsibilities

Assist with shampooing and preparing guests for services Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment Sanitize tools and workstations between guests Help manage laundry and restock salon supplies Greet guests with professionalism and warmth Assist with scheduling and light administrative tasks as needed Provide an exceptional client experience from arrival to departure

Qualifications

Licensed cosmetologist, Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor Comfortable working with and serving a senior clientele Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with attention to detail Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential

Preferred Candidate

I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys caring for people. Technical skills can be taught, but kindness, patience, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are qualities that make someone successful in this role.
