Job Summary

We are looking for a talented, motivated, and customer-focused hairstylist to join our growing salon team. The ideal candidate is confident behind the chair, passionate about the beauty industry, and ready to provide exceptional service to clients requesting a wide variety of hair services. We value professionalism, teamwork, and creating an outstanding experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Required Experience

Minimum of 6 months of professional salon experience
Must be confident performing a variety of hair services independently and ready to accept clients requesting any hair service
Current Florida Cosmetology License required

Responsibilities

Perform consultations and recommend services based on clients’ needs
Provide professional hair services including haircuts, color, highlighting, balayage, blonding, styling, treatments, and other salon services
Assist with or perform hair extension services (training available; basic knowledge required)
Perform facial waxing, lash lifts, and lash tinting (training available; basic knowledge required)
Manicure and pedicure experience is a plus (training available for the right candidate)
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times
Recommend and educate clients on professional retail products
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service
Work collaboratively with the salon team to create a positive, supportive work environment
Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities

Qualifications

Current Florida Cosmetology License
Minimum of 6 months of salon experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly, positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
Professional appearance and reliable attendance
Willingness to continue learning and expanding service offerings
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment

Pay: $14.00 - $35.00 per hour
