Responsibilities

Provide professional hair styling, coloring, and cutting services using current techniques and trendsPerform specialized treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading to enhance client satisfactionMaintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulationsUtilize salon software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client records efficientlyDeliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering personalized recommendationsUpsell retail products such as hair care, makeup, and nail care items to boost sales and enhance client resultsAssist with front desk duties including appointment booking, check-in/out procedures, and answering client inquiriesMentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling, barbering techniques like straight razor shaves, and retail sales strategiesKeep up-to-date with industry trends in color theory, store management practices, and sanitation protocols to ensure top-quality serviceSkills
