Provide exceptional client experiences from consultation to checkout
Perform hair coloring, blonding, cutting, styling, and extension services
Maintain a clean, professional workstation
Recommend home care products and treatment plans when appropriate
Build and retain a loyal clientele through outstanding service
Contribute to a positive, collaborative salon culture
Participate in education and team meetings
Qualifications
Active North Carolina Cosmetology License
Minimum 2 years behind-the-chair experience preferred
Strong skills in color, cutting, and styling
Passion for continuing education and professional growth
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Social media experience is a plus but not required
