Duties

Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions to meet client preferences.
Provide professional consultations on hair care, styling options, and product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
Apply advanced techniques like eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair threading to offer comprehensive beauty solutions.
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations regularly to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing appointments, and answering inquiries with excellent communication skills.
Mentor junior team members and support store management in daily operations to foster a collaborative team atmosphere.

Requirements

Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and color application.
Proficiency in using salon management software such as MINDBODY for scheduling and retail transactions.
Strong knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, and current beauty trends.
Experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to upsell retail products confidently while delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to perform detailed services such as straight razor shaves and hair threading with precision.
