Duties Knowledge of hair styling techniques and current trends in beauty industry practices Proficiency in using salon software such as Boulevard for appointment booking and client management Strong understanding of color theory for precise coloring services and corrective treatments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships Ability to perform makeup application and special occasion hairstyles for events and wedding bookings Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Store management experience is a plus for overseeing daily operations when necessary Effective retail sales skills with an aptitude for retail math and upselling strategies to increase revenue Strong communication skills for mentoring team members and collaborating with colleagues This is a commission based pay with commission on products.
