Job Summary
Heavenly Spa & Salon is seeking talented, passionate, and motivated Hairstylists to join our growing luxury salon team. We are looking for professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality hair services in a welcoming and upscale environment.
Whether you’re newly licensed or an experienced stylist, we welcome individuals who are eager to grow their career and build a loyal clientele.
Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, blowouts, styling, coloring, highlights, balayage, and hair treatments
Provide professional consultations and recommend services and products
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a luxury salon experience
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products
Work collaboratively with salon team members
Qualifications
Current Texas Cosmetology License
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
