Assist in managing and supervising daily salon operationsProvide guidance, support, and development for hair stylists and coordinatorsEnsure exceptional customer service and client satisfactionAssist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team membersCollaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve revenue and sales goalsStay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the teamQualifications:
