Responsibilities:

Provide expert haircuts, coloring, treatments, and styling tailored to each guest’s needs
Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and personalized service
Stay current with the latest trends and techniques through ongoing education
Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in line with salon standards
Share product knowledge and make recommendations to enhance the client experience

Requirements:

Valid PA Cosmetology License
Minimum of 2 years of salon experience preferred
Strong technical skills and a portfolio showcasing your work
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Professionalism, creativity, and a team-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
