Hairstylist/Cosmetologist

Ārdeō is the quiet culmination of a journey entwined in education: a luxury boutique studio rooted in Austin, where world-class color is practiced with intention, every guest is cared for like family, and every artist on the team is expected to bring mastery, intuition, and care to the chair. Color is our focus — if it can be done with color, we do it. We're looking for a Senior Color Specialist who already knows their craft and is ready to elevate it alongside a team that takes color seriously. This role is built for someone who is fluent in formulation, confident in technical placement, and ready to do their best work in a luxury environment. Current Texas Cosmetology License Strong command of color theory, formulation, and tonal correction Confident, intentional placement — foiling, balayage, freehand, and creative techniques Experience with color correction and transformation work A passion for color as an art form, not just a service Professional, reliable, and self-directed — someone who carries themselves with maturity at the chair A guest-first mindset, with the warmth and presence a luxury clientele expects
