As a Hair Artist, you’ll provide transformative hair experiences rooted in consultation, intention, and craft. You’ll manage your own calendar, set your own pricing, and build relationships with your own following, all within a supportive and non-corporate environment.

Have been a licensed cosmetologist in Tennessee for at least 3 yearsHave built a loyal clienteleHave at least 6 months of active posting on your business socials (Both TikTok and Instagram)Have experience with a variety of hair textures and cutting or color techniquesThrive in an autonomous setting and value creative freedomWant to be part of a community without sacrificing your independenceLove cultivating magical, affirming experiences for your guestsJob Type: Full-time

Pay: $46.00 - $92.00 per hour
