Oh! Salon is looking for passionate individuals to join our team. We are interested in Stylists with two or more years of training or experience behind the chair.

We are a Specialty Extension Salon and provide extensive, hands-on training in multiple hair extension methods, making this an ideal opportunity for stylists who want to expand their skill set and earning potential.

Position Overview

Stylists at Oh! Salon provide high-quality hair and beauty services while creating an exceptional experience for every guest. You’ll work in a supportive, team-focused environment where education, growth, and client relationships come first.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of hair services including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments
Conduct thorough consultations and provide personalized haircare and product recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work station
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continued education
Promote and retail salon products and services

Qualifications

Experienced stylists encouraged to apply (2+ years preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to preform all basic hair techniques independently
Knowledge of color theory and customized coloring techniques (for licensed stylists)
Retail sales experience a plus
Hair extension experience preferred but not required — comprehensive training can be provided
Valid cosmetology license required for commissioned stylist positions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
