Job Overview

As a stylist, you’ll help clients look and feel their best through thoughtful consultations and skilled services. You’ll recommend styles and care routines that fit each client’s preferences, and create a welcoming and memorable experience. By listening closely and delivering personalized services, you help clients feel confident, supported and excited to return for their next appointment.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients, communicate service options clearly, and provide hair styling, coloring, extensions, and hair care services.Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning and disinfecting tools, stations, and shared areas.Use salon software and/or phone to manage appointments and client records.Qualifications

Cosmetology licenseExperience working in the beauty industry, with practical skills in hair styling, hair coloring, hair care, and client communicationKnowledge of sanitation practices, color theory, and safe use of salon tools.Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and explain recommendationsBenefits:
