Position: Freelance Bridal Hair Stylist

Graceful Beauty KC is an award-winning bridal hair company located in the heart of Kansas City. We specialize in delivering luxurious, on-location wedding hair services. We are currently seeking talented and enthusiastic Bridal Hair Stylists to join us in creating timeless, elegant looks for our brides. This opportunity is perfect for freelance hair artists looking to expand their schedules, work in diverse locations, and collaborate with a talented, supportive team.

Role Overview:

Conduct consultations to understand clients' desired bridal hairstyles.
Evaluate factors such as hair type, length, and density to recommend suitable styles.
Specialize in dry styling, including blow drying, updos, curling, and braiding.
Efficiently complete hairstyling within a 45-minute timeframe.
Collaborate with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life on their wedding day.

Qualifications:

Must be available to work weekends to accommodate our clients' wedding schedules.
A portfolio showcasing your hairstyling skills and experience.
Hold a valid Cosmetology license in Missouri and/or Kansas.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel to on-location wedding venues.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Stay updated on the latest bridal hair trends.
Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment, prioritizing safety and professionalism.

Tools and Equipment:

Selected stylists are expected to bring their own professional hair kit, including hot tools and styling products.
