We are looking for a motivated, professional, and talented Hair Stylist to join our salon through a booth rental arrangement. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent stylist who wants the freedom to run their own business while working in a salon environment.
As a self-employed stylist, you will have the independence to manage your own clientele, set your own schedule, and grow your business while enjoying a welcoming and professional salon atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Provide professional hair services, including cuts, coloring, highlights, styling, and other services within your area of expertise.
Build and maintain your own clientele.
Manage your own appointments, scheduling, and client relationships.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
Provide excellent customer service and create a positive client experience.
Supply your own professional tools, products, and equipment as agreed upon in the booth rental arrangement.
Maintain a current state cosmetology license and comply with applicable salon, sanitation, and licensing requirements.
Operate your business professionally and independently.
Qualifications
Current state cosmetology license required.
Previous salon experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Dependable, organized, and motivated to grow an independent business.
Ability to work independently and manage your own clientele.
