Provide consultations, haircuts, color, highlights, blowouts, and stylingRecommend services and products based on each guest’s needsBuild lasting client relationships and encourage rebookingSupport membership growth and an exceptional guest experienceWork collaboratively with the salon teamMaintain a clean, professional, and welcoming stationWhat We’re Looking For

Active TN cosmetology licenseStrong skills in haircuts, color, highlights, and stylingExperience with keratin or smoothing treatmentsProfessional, dependable, and client-focusedAvailability for weekend shiftsAbility to work scheduled shifts between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.Experience with extensions, makeup, lashes, men’s cuts, or curly and textured hair is a plus, but not required.
