ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a commission based full-time on-site role for a Hairstylist at Rain Salon & Spa with paid training. The Hairstylist will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling, cosmetology services, and hair care treatments to clients. The role will involve delivering excellent customer service and effective communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction. We have a sliding scale commission system where you have the opportunity to receive a higher commission rate based on your service dollar amount!

QUALIFICATIONS

Hair Styling, Cosmetology, and Hair Care skills
Customer Service and Communication skills
Ability to work well in a team setting
Certification in cosmetology
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Experience working in a salon environment
2+ years of experience

Schedule:

10 hour shift
8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
