Hair Stylist / Cosmetologist — Salon & Head Spa

Salon Elite is seeking a licensed or soon-to-be licensed cosmetologist to join our supportive, education-focused team in West County St. Louis.

We’re a science-infused salon and head spa specializing in healthy hair, scalp wellness, intentional self-care, and personalized hair artistry. We believe great stylists never stop learning, and we provide the education, support, and opportunities to help you build a career—not just fill a chair.

What You’ll Do

Provide haircutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services based on your experience and skill level
Learn and assist with specialized head spa and scalp wellness services
Recommend professional products based on each guest’s individual hair and scalp needs
Build meaningful, long-term relationships with guests
Maintain a clean, calming, and professional environment
Continue developing your skills through hands-on training and advanced education
Collaborate with a kind, supportive team focused on providing an exceptional guest experience

Who We’re Looking For

Current Missouri cosmetology license or graduating soon
Passionate about healthy hair, scalp wellness, beauty, and guest care
Professional, dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented
Excited about continued education and career growth
Comfortable building and retaining a clientele
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Saturday availability is required
