An up-to-date cosmetology license for the stateThe ability to work weekends (Fridays and Saturday) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel betterSalon experience an assetJob Responsibilities:

Ensure the bar’s vibe and hair is consistent with Blo brand standardsManage bloer recruitment and training through Blo’s signature Blo U(niversity)Mentor and up-train existing bloers so they are always blo-ing to their true styling potentialBe a role model and Blo brand ambassadorParticipation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environmentOpportunity: potential to be cross-trained on additional services such as makeup, or be promoted to management rolesVisit www.blomedry.com for the skinny.
