Join a dynamic and vibrant beauty team as a full-time Hairstylist/Cosmetologist Booth Renter starting Nov 1st! Responsibilities

Provide expert hair styling, coloring, cutting, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences and features
Offer specialized treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care to enhance client satisfaction
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas following industry regulations
Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales management
Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations
Upsell retail products related to hair care, color theory, and styling tools to boost revenue and client results
Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, confirming appointments, and processing payments efficiently
Mentor junior team members or apprentices when appropriate to foster a collaborative environment

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry
Proficiency in salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and retail management
Strong knowledge of hair care techniques including coloring, styling, cutting, and sanitation protocols
Experience with a variety of hair cutting and coloring skills. Extensions, formal styling, and even make up is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
Knowledge of retail math principles for upselling products confidently and accurately
Ability to work independently as a booth renter while maintaining professionalism and salon standards
