Renting a station in Vouge Salon you will deliver exceptional hair styling, coloring, and grooming services manicures, pedicures, eyelashes extensions facials ect. while fostering a welcoming environment that keeps clients coming back while you are running your business with in our business combined with excellent customer service skills will help create a more financial stability

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, extensions, and texturizing treatments with precision and care.
Provide expert barbering services such as straight razor shaves and beard grooming to cater to diverse client needs.
Deliver professional hair care advice, recommend suitable products, and upsell additional services to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations.
Utilize salon management software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently.
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences, offer styling suggestions, and ensure a personalized experience.
Stay current on industry trends in hair coloring, styling techniques, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading to provide innovative services.
Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair care techniques, color theory, store management practices, and client communication strategies.

Experience

Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of diverse services performed.
Knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY for appointment booking and client management.
Skilled in hair coloring techniques, including balayage, highlights, and corrective color work.
Familiarity with hair extensions application and maintenance to offer clients versatile styling options.
Competence in sanitation procedures to uphold health standards within the salon environment.
Strong communication skills for engaging clients effectively and building lasting relationships.
Experience working with a variety of beauty treatments including makeup application and nail care is a plus.
