Mo’Looks Beauty is looking for motivated, talented, and professional Hairstylists and Estheticians/Wax Specialists to join our growing salon team. We offer flexible scheduling, commission-based pay, tips, and hands-on training to help you improve your skills and grow your clientele.

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair or waxing services to clients
Participate in hands-on training and skill development
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
Provide excellent customer service
Communicate professionally with clients
Follow salon policies and sanitation guidelines
Maintain appointment availability
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Arrive on time and be dependable for scheduled appointments
Skills & Qualifications
Licensed cosmetologist or esthetician, as required for your service
Experience preferred, but willingness to learn is important
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional and dependable
Ability to work independently
Passionate about the beauty industry
Clean and organized
Positive attitude and willingness to grow
Open to hands-on training and learning new techniques
