We’ve been part of the Melrose community for 20 years. We’re a small, collaborative team with an established clientele, plenty of autonomy, and a genuine investment in creating a salon where people actually enjoy coming to work.

Professional, reliable, and respectful of both clients and coworkers

THE ROLE

Provide professional cutting, styling, and color services tailored to each client
Create thoughtful consultations and confidently translate a client’s ideas into a finished look
Use Square for scheduling, client records, checkout, and retail
Recommend products and hair-care routines based on each client’s individual needs
Maintain a high standard of sanitation, cleanliness, and organization
Contribute to a collaborative salon environment and share knowledge with the team
Continue developing your craft and staying curious about new techniques, ideas, and trends
