Responsibilities

Provide professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and hair extension services tailored to each client’s preferences.Perform specialized treatments such as hair threading, eyelash extensions, and nail care to enhance overall client satisfaction.Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.Use salon software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.Upsell retail products including hair care items, color treatments, and styling tools to maximize sales opportunities.Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients, managing wait times, and supporting store management tasks.Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, coloring, barbering (including straight razors), and retail strategies.Qualifications

Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry.Proficiency in salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment booking and client management.Strong knowledge of hair care principles including color theory, sanitation practices, and hair styling techniques.Skilled in various services such as hair coloring, hair extensions, threading, eyelash extensions, and nail care.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships.Experience with store management tasks including retail sales math, upselling strategies, and front desk operations.Ability to perform detailed work using tools like straight razors while maintaining high safety standards.Join us if you’re passionate about transforming looks with creativity and precision! Pay: $24.97 - $30.07 per hour
