2+ years behind the chair with real experience in color, cuts, or extensions
You have a loyal following — maybe not a full book, but clients who trust you and go where you go
You've worked hard to build your skills and your reputation and you want a salon that respects both
You want collaboration, support, and continued learning — not just a chair to show up to
You have strong opinions about doing things right and zero patience for drama
