We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and beautiful. Duties

Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments to meet client needs.
Apply hair extensions and eyelash extensions with precision and care.
Provide expert advice on hair care products and recommend retail sales to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to salon hygiene standards.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking.
Assist with front desk operations as needed, including greeting clients and managing check-ins/check-outs.
Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client preferences and addressing any concerns.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, barbering, and threading techniques.

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification is required.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques; experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and threading is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in retail sales is a plus; ability to effectively promote products and services.
Familiarity with salon software systems is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.
