We are a busy shop seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Barber/Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in hair styling and mens grooming will be essential in helping clients achieve their desired looks. You will also have the opportunity to mentor new stylists and contribute to the overall success of our lounge. Students are also encouraged to apply, we offer training.
Duties
Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client's needsProvide scalp massage, hot towels and shavesMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.Assist with front desk operationsEngage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.Handle retail salesMentor new stylists or barbers by sharing knowledge and best practices in hair care and styling techniquesRequirements
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.Familiarity with software systemsStrong understanding of sanitation practices within a salon environment.Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivatedRoom for growthJoin us in delivering exceptional service while fostering creativity and professionalism in our mens lounge!
