What You’ll Do
Modern and traditional hair cutting
Deliver precision fades, tapers, beard grooming, and straight razor shaves
Perform color services (optional) – highlights, balayage, toners, etc.
Build real relationships with guest and keep them coming back
Stay current on trends, tools, and techniques in hair cutting and color
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
Recommend products and educate guest on aftercare
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Barber and/or Cosmetologist
1+ year of behind-the-chair experience preferred (new talent welcome!)
Strong work ethics and problem solving skills
Great communication and customer service vibes
Self-motivated with a team-player mindset
Passion for continued education and growth

Projected Total Compensation: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
