Hairstylist Wanted – Have Existing Clientele

Omnia Salon & Barbershop is looking for a talented and motivated Hairstylist to join our growing team. We are seeking a professional who already has an established clientele and is looking for a beautiful, modern salon to continue growing their business. Booth rental position available starting at 250$ a week

Duties

Provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading to enhance client looks
Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations
Offer professional advice on hair care products, retail items, and upselling opportunities to boost salon revenue
Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling payments using retail math skills
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative salon atmosphere

Experience

Proven experience as a hairstylist with an existing loyal client base
Knowledge of hair coloring techniques based on color theory principles
Skilled in hair extensions application, straight razor shaving, and makeup application
Familiarity with salon management tools such as MINDBODY or similar salon software
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Experience in retail sales and upselling to enhance client satisfaction and store revenue
Certification in Cosmetology or Barbering is required; additional training in nail care, eyelash extensions, or advanced styling is a plus

Pay: Up to $350.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
