Hairstylist or Barber

The Shop California is growing! We’re excited to open our newest salon right in the heart of Downtown Santa Rosa. We're looking for talented, friendly, and team-oriented Stylists and Barbers who want to join us as we launch our newest location.

While this location is new, The Shop isn't. We've been serving clients and building successful salons in the Bay Area for 15 years and we're excited to bring that experience and energy to Santa Rosa.

The Downtown Santa Rosa location is surrounded by great restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and other local businesses. It's a fun, energetic area with plenty of foot traffic and lots of opportunities to meet new clients.

At The Shop, we provide high-quality hair services, exceptional customer care, and a welcoming environment where both our guests and team members can thrive. We're not a booth rental Shop, so there's no cost to get started with us, and with a guaranteed pay rate, you start earning from Day One.
