Martin’s Gentlemen Salon is seeking a highly skilled, professional Hairstylist specializing in men’s haircuts and styling to join our upscale salon environment.

We are not looking for someone who simply “cuts hair.” We are looking for a stylist who understands image, confidence, lifestyle, and the importance of creating a personalized experience for every client.

Our salon is built around bespoke grooming, elevated customer service, professionalism, and helping clients look and feel their absolute best.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality men’s haircuts with consistency and precisionCreate customized styles based on face shape, hair texture, lifestyle, profession, and personal imageProvide professional styling recommendations and grooming adviceDeliver exceptional client experience from consultation to checkoutPerform shampooing, blow drying, and finishing servicesRecommend professional retail products based on client needsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional workstationBuild strong client relationships and retentionUphold luxury hospitality and presentation standardsWork collaboratively with the salon team to maintain a positive atmosphereQualifications

Strong proficiency in men’s haircutting and stylingExperience with scissor cutting, clipper work, fades, texture work, and modern men’s stylesStrong consultation and communication skillsProfessional appearance and polished presentationPositive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to work in a fast-paced upscale salon environmentPassion for customer service and personal image consultingExisting clientele is a plus but not requiredValid cosmetology or barber license requiredWhat We Offer
