Responsibilities
Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, hair extensions, and hair braiding with precision and creativity
Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with industry regulations and store protocols
Offer expert advice on hair care products and retail items through upselling techniques to boost sales and client satisfaction
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable styles or treatments, and ensure a positive experience
Requirements
Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of current industry trends and techniques
Proven experience in hair styling, hair extensions, hair braiding and related beauty services
Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety procedures within a salon environment
Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members effectively
