Duties

Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles, treatments, and products.
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, blowouts.
Apply hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading techniques to enhance client looks
Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations
Educate clients on hair care routines, product use, and retail options to promote ongoing maintenance and upselling opportunities
Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling retail sales of beauty products

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology license with experience in hair styling and color theory application
Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and store management practices
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting

Hours

Monday-Saturday: 10:00AM-7:00PM
Sunday: 10:00AM-6:00PM
(Scheduling will be decided upon interview)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
