Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hairstylist/Cosmetologist role based in Plainfield, IN. The responsibilities include providing hairstyling and cosmetology services such as cutting, coloring, blow-drying, and treatments for various hair types and textures. Additional duties involve consulting with clients to determine their needs, staying updated on industry trends and techniques, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and promoting salon products and services to clients for added value.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in hairstyling, hair cutting, coloring, and treatments across different hair types.Creative Skills: Ability to stay current with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to client styling.Client Service: Strong interpersonal skills, consultation expertise, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.Salon Operations: Knowledge of maintaining a sanitized and organized workspace, and familiarity with salon tools and products.Relevant Credentials: Current cosmetology license in the state of Indiana and previous salon experience preferred.Personal Attributes: Passion for the beauty industry, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to professional growth.
