Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a talented team of stylists, fostering a positive and energetic salon atmosphere.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure clients leave happy and eager to return.
Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency in quality and service.
Support daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with salon policies.
Assist in driving sales through product recommendations and promoting salon services.

Qualifications:
Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License required.
