O Hairs in El Paso, TX is a Men's hair salon that caters to gentleman of all ages. We are an appointment based salon with a strong existing client base. We are looking to fill full-time and part-time positions, preferably with open availability and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
Provide full salon services such as consultations, haircuts, styling, hot towel treatment, shampoo, scalp massages etc.
Help to maintain cleanliness of salon and your station
Ability to advise and recommend services based on hair care needs
Learning and perfecting new styles and techniques
Display exceptional customer service to assure retention
Qualifications
Previous salon experience required
Current state or cosmetology license
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Reliable
Honest with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Able to work in a fast paced/ high volume salon
Ability to teamwork
Compensation
Competitive starting hourly rate ( based on experience and availability)
Weekly bonuses based on individual average sales ( averaging an additional $5.00 per hour worked)
Exceptional tips surpassing over 30% per ticket.
Flexible time off
Additional compensation may be considered at time of hiring
Posted wage is a total average compensation including tips and bonuses of our lowest and highest earners with our stylists average total hourly wage equaling $30ph.
