Responsibilities

Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, updos, and special occasion styles with precision and flair
Deliver expert hair coloring services utilizing advanced techniques aligned with color theory principles
Apply and maintain hair extensions, ensuring natural appearance and client satisfaction
Conduct hair treatments focused on hair health and nourishment using high-quality products
Provide professional advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and styling tips tailored to each client’s needs
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each service
Engage in retail sales through upselling hair care products, cosmetics, and accessories to enhance client experience

Skills

Experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of diverse styling techniques
Proficiency with salon management software such as SalonTarget for scheduling and client records management
Skill in barbering techniques including straight razor shaves and grooming services is a plus
Strong communication skills for effective client consultation and personalized service delivery
Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative salon atmosphere
Familiarity with retail math for upselling products confidently and accurately
Expertise in sanitation practices to ensure a safe, hygienic environment at all times
