As the Official Salon of the Las Vegas Raiderettes, our artists contribute to the beauty and presentation of one of Las Vegas’ most recognizable entertainment brands.

Our guests include Las Vegas executives, entertainment professionals, Netflix personalities, public figures, and a loyal community of clients who value exceptional artistry and personalized service.

Your Role as a Fabian Miranda Artist

You will:

Conduct thoughtful consultations focused on lifestyle, maintenance, hair goals, and realistic outcomesCreate customized color, cutting, extension, and styling experiencesRecommend services and treatments that support long-term hair healthBuild trusted relationships that inspire guests to return and refer othersDeliver Technical Excellence

You will:

Execute dimensional color, blonding, gray coverage, and color correction with precisionCreate beautiful, wearable results that photograph beautifully and maintain integrityPerform precision cuts across a variety of lengths and texturesProvide luxury blowouts, bridal styling, and event stylingContinue refining your technical skills through education and collaborationBuild Your Personal Brand

The Artist We’re Looking For

You are a stylist who:

Takes pride in your craft and constantly works to improveUnderstands that technical skill and guest experience are equally importantEnjoys building relationships and creating loyal clienteleWants to be associated with a respected luxury brandValues professionalism, reliability, and teamworkSees hairstyling as both an art form and a businessQualificationsRequired

Active Nevada cosmetology license, or an active out-of-state license eligible for transfer through reciprocityTwo or more years of professional experience behind the chairStrong foundation in color services, including lightening, toning, and custom formulationDemonstrated portfolio of work (Instagram portfolio accepted)Availability Monday through Saturday during salon hours (9 AM–6 PM), including SaturdaysProfessional presentation and consistent attendancePreferred

Experience with luxury extensions including tape-in, hand-tied, or beaded weft methodsExtension certification or advanced educationExisting clientele or a desire to actively build a personal bookBridal, editorial, or event styling experienceComfort working with photography, production teams, and public-facing opportunities
