Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Hairstylist role located at our JC Penney Salon in Chattanooga, TN. As a Hairstylist, you will provide professional hair care services, including cutting, styling, and coloring, tailored to meet the individual needs of our guests. You will also consult with clients to understand their preferences, offer hair care recommendations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized work area, managing appointments, and promoting salon products as needed.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair Care, and advanced techniques in CosmetologyStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with and understand client needsA valid cosmetology license is requiredAbility to stay updated with industry trends and advancementsWillingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as requiredPrior experience in a salon environment is a plus
