Hairstylist

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling, exceptional customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. The Hair Stylist will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services, maintaining sanitation standards, and contributing to the overall success of the salon through retail sales and excellent communication. Provide a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling to meet client preferences and needsEnsure all tools and workstations are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standardsDeliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, professional environment that encourages repeat businessAssist clients in selecting retail products that complement their hair care routines, upselling when appropriateManage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling paymentsCommunicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and offer expert recommendationsStay current with industry trends and techniques to continually enhance skills and service offeringsQualifications Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within a salon settingStrong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clientsKnowledge of hair styling techniques, coloring, treatments, and sanitation protocolsExcellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team membersAbility to upsell retail products in a professional mannerExperience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not requiredA valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulationsJoin our team to help clients look and feel their best while advancing your career in a dynamic salon environment. *Pay will be based on experience*
