Responsibilities

Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles with enthusiasm and precisionApply hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and perform hair threading to meet diverse client needsUse salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and streamline daily operationsProvide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance client satisfactionMaintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring compliance with health regulationsMentor junior team members in techniques like makeup application, barbering skills such as straight razor shaves, and overall salon best practicesYOU WOULD BE RENTING YOUR OWN CHAIRQualifications

Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and salon servicesProficiency in hair extensions application, coloring techniques, and the use of salon software like MINDBODYKnowledge of color theory to achieve desired client results confidentlySkilled in sanitation procedures to uphold a safe and hygienic environmentStrong communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaborationExperience in retail sales, upselling products, and retail math to maximize revenue opportunitiesAbility to perform additional services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading is a plusJoin us to unleash your creativity in a vibrant environment where your talents are celebrated!
