Responsibilities Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients’ needs and offering expert advice.Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools to ensure a safe environment.Upsell retail products such as hair care items and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out procedures, and handling client inquiries.Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education.Qualifications Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon environment.Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining professionalism.Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and understand client needs.Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required.A valid cosmetology license or certification as required by local regulations.
