Proficiency in Hair Styling, Cosmetology, and Hair Care techniquesStrong Customer Service skills to build positive client relationshipsEffective Communication skills to understand and fulfill client needsState licensure in cosmetology or an equivalent credentialAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentFlexibility to adapt to client schedules, including weekends and eveningsPrevious experience in a similar role is preferred but not requiredA passion for staying up-to-date with trends and innovations in the beauty industry
