Role Description The Hairstylist role at Crown Beauty Bar is a full-time, on-site position based in Fayetteville, AR. The Hairstylist will provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring (with a focus on Davines), styling, and hair care consultations tailored to each client’s needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting clients, conducting thorough consultations, recommending appropriate services and products, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation. The Hairstylist will work closely with the team to support additional beauty services, contribute to a positive salon atmosphere, and help build a loyal client base through excellent service. This role also involves staying current with industry trends, attending training as needed, and following all health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Professional hair expertise, including Hair Styling and Hair Care skills suitable for a range of hair types and styles.Foundational technical knowledge and licensing, including training in Cosmetology and adherence to state cosmetology regulations.Strong client-focused abilities, including Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and personalized salon experience.Clear Communication skills to conduct effective consultations, explain services, and recommend products in an understandable manner.Valid cosmetology license in the state of Arkansas.Experience in salon or beauty environments preferred, with familiarity in color services and product knowledge (Davines experience is a plus).Ability to work full-time, including some evenings and weekends as needed.Reliability, professional appearance, and commitment to maintaining sanitation and safety standards.
